Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above Rs.999/- across India. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of reasonable amount will be applied at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete street address for your order to ensure smooth delivery.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.

5. Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, there may be occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will notify you by email.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our delivery areas in the future.
